Publix subs, Subway, Jimmy John’s, Subrageous…I’ve tried and loved them all. My love for sandwiches is unconditional. I don’t think I’ve ever had a real “bad tasting” sandwich.

You may ask, does this make me a sub/sandwich? Yes. Yes it does. Not only do I enjoy great sandwich I also make one mean sandwich. And my wraps…you’ll want more. My mom, dad, brother and ex-bf are witnesses.

So it leads to one big question: Peggy, who makes the best subs? Well, I will answer. First let me express my theory of what makes a great sandwich. This answer will be different for many. IMO there are many factors but one thing is true, bad bread, bad sub/sandwich.

The bread is one high quality in a great sub and the restaurant which the best bread is (insert drum roll)
JIMMY JOHN’S!!

Although I LOVE subway, Jimmy John’s just has a clean, simple yet delicious taste to it. Publix subs has diminished in taste for me. The breads are entirely WAY to hard.

The only con about JJ subs is that it is way too slippery. I bite one side and all of the contents are ready to fall off the other side -_- other than that, can’t go wrong. My favorite is the Beach Club.
